She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Helen Melix (Stets) of Sandwich and Leon Francis Melix; her children, Virginia Lee and Frederic Curtis (Cushing); her extended family Vivian; her son-in-law Gerald Young; her sisters, Fay Dubey of Vermont, Marjorie Thomas of Middleboro, Arlene Baker of Nebraska and Pauline S. Rogers of Texas; her sisters-in-law, Claire Melix of Mashpee and Betty Williams of Centerville; and her siblings, Donald Melix of Marstons Mills, Bertram Melix of Moulton, GA, Leona Koskowski and Carol Bess of Sandwich.
