Robin Robert Perry Obituary

Beloved husband, father, brother and son, Robin R.Perry, 68, died November 18, 2021 at his home in Osterville, MA. His final days were spent surrounded by loving family and friends.

Robin was born to Cape Verdean parents on August 30, 1953 in Hyannis, MA. Robin was a machine operator for New England Utility Constructors. For the past twenty years. Prior to that, he also worked as a truck and machine mechanic for A.W.S. Robin started his career with Pacella Brothers, driving trucks.

His main goal in life was always to provide for his family. Robin was known for his hard work ethic and always being able to find something to keep him busy, whether it was working on cars, or yard work. He loved music and spending time with his grandchildren and was always one to give great advice and guidance to those around him. He made friends everywhere and wherever he went, he knew someone. In his spare time, Robin also enjoyed spending quiet evenings watching boxing, sports, and old western movies.

Robin was pre-deceased by his father, John Freeman perry, his mother Elizabeth Jeanette Rose, and brother John Freeman Perry Jr. He is survived by his loving wife and longtime partner, Ida Perry (Lewis), four sons, Isaac of Boston, Robert and his wife, Jennifer, of New Bedford, Freeman of New Bedford, and David of Sandwich. His Grandchildren; Anthony, Laniyah, Dominic, Vincenzo, Jovanni, Kieran and Elliana Elizabeth. Robin is also survived by his sister, Norma Gomes (Frank) of Wareham, his brother's Stephen (Dina) of New Jersey and Clyde (Brenda) of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be held at Chapman Funerals & Cremations, 3778 Falmouth Rd. Marstons Mills, MA 02648 on Saturday, November 27, 2021 from 9:00-10:00am, followed by a Funeral Mass at First Baptist Church, 486 Main St. Hyannis, MA 02601 at 11:00am, Concluding with burial in Mosswood Cemetery, 280 Putnam Ave. Cotuit, MA 02635.
