He was predeceased by: his mother Stacy A. Dwyer of Marstons Mills. He is survived by: his daughters, Aryia of Marstons Mills and Atessa of Marstons Mills; his brother Matthew Dwyer of Forestdale; his grandparents, David and Brenda Nailor of Cotuit; his father Nicholas; and his sister Nicole of New York. He is also survived by his special Aunt Cindy of Hyannis, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
