She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Afley Leonel Brett and Sara Robbins Brett; her brother Gordon Brett; her grandson Sidney Hart; and her stepson Daniel Goodwin (Joey).
She is survived by: her husband Daniel K. Goodwin of Marshfield; her children, Andrew Goodwin (Kristin Soul) of Marshfield, MA, Sara Hart (James Trotter) of Biloxi, MS, Katharine Goodwin of Newport, RI, Lindsay Spurrier of Marshfield and Tyler Goodwin of Marshfield; her stepchildren, Jo-Ann Tomblin, Greta and Greg Stone; and her grandchildren, Andrew Jr., Daniel, Owen, Elizabeth, Layla, Shelby, Asher, Melody, Kayden, Willow, Emma, Douglas, Marc, Alexis, Nathaniel and Zoey. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
