He was predeceased by: his spouse Ann A. Connolly (Arnold); his sibling Rosamund C. Barber; and his parent Harold W. Connolly. He is survived by: his children, Richard S. Connolly of Scituate, Joan R. McCarty of Dedham and Robert A. Connolly (Susan) of Braintree; his parent Constance S. Connolly; and his great grandchildren, Chase Nagelhout and John "Jack" Connolly, Jr. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
