He is survived by: his children, Mary Havlicek Cornacchia (Michael) of Westborough and Robert Paul Havlicek Jr.; his wife Wanda Havli of Lompoc, CA; his grandchildren, Gina Havlicek Denio (Tyler) of Fairbanks, AK, Heidi Rose Havlicek of Lompoc, CA, John Jason Hosac of Pittsburgh, PA and Alexandra Elise Cornacchia of Chicago, IL; his great grandchildren, Keely Denio of Fairbanks, AK and Boden Denio of Fairbanks, AK; his niece Denise Havlicek Houston of Bedford, TX; his nephew Paul Havlicek (Amanda Havlicek) of Franklin; and also Elizabeth Ann Havli.
