He was predeceased by: his children, Betsy Barlow-Cunningham and Allan Barlow. He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Collins; his children, Robert S. Barlow, Jr. of Plymouth and Kelli Claire Barlow-Dean (Brad) of Somerset; and his grandchildren, Brandon, Alexandra, Andrea, Jake, Benjamin and Abigail.
