She is survived by: her husband Michael Shiaris; her daughter Nicole Sikorski; her son-in-law Robert Sikorski; her grandchildren, Isla and Devin Sikorski; and her siblings, Tom Shrake, Linda Crocker and Bobbi Jo Beeble.
She faced the COVID challenge in spring 2020 by sewing over 1500 masks for family, friends, school children, and hospital nurses at a time when masks were scarce.
