He is survived by: his wife Dorothy McCuen (Doyle); his children, Jessica McDonald (McCuen) and Scott McCuen Koytek (Britta); and his grandchildren, Emily, Tucker, Tatum McDonald, Noah, Joshua and Sophie McCuen Koytek.
