He is survived by: his sister Tammi Hayes; his son Mathew Stella; his wife Jennifer Hayes; his sons, Jeremy P. Hayes and John "Jack" J. Hayes; his mother-in-law Karen DiGravio of Marshfield; his sister-in-law Kelly Hayes; and his niece Crystal Hayes. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and numerous cousins.
