He is survived by: his wife Marie Nista (Leary); his children, Donna Dearth (Darren) of Weymouth, Concetta Stanton (Sean) of Weymouth, David Nista (Jennelle) of Marshfield and Michael Nista Jr. (Malorie) of Carver; his grandchildren, Catherine, Stephen, Sean, Nicole, Emily, Noelle and Ryan; his great grandchildren, Daniella and Aliyah; and his siblings, Anthony Nista of Weymouth, Joseph Nista of Weymouth and Ann Scioscia of Holbrook. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
