He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Cullinan (Lucille) and Kenneth Merle Lowe; and his sibling Fran Hastings of Ottawa, KS.. He is survived by: his wife Susan of Marshfield; his sister Karen Byers (Richard) of RocklandMA; his children, Kaylee Lowe of Quincy and Kenneth Lowe (Liz Monschauer) of Manchester, NH; his stepsons, William Piper of Chelsea, MA and Benjamin Piper of Marshfield, MA; his parents-in-law, Ingrid Rogalski and Karl Rogalski of Weymouth, MA; and his uncle Michael O'Connor (Sandra) of East Bridgewater, MA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
He enjoyed traveling, especially to beach locales, including Aruba in March 2020 right before COVID hit and Bermuda as part of a cruise in July 2023.
