He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Spinney and Marion R. Spinney (Foley); and his sister Nancy Spinney. He is survived by: his wife Marie Spinney (Conlon); his children, Christine Loftus (Paula Sable) and Michael Spinney (June); his grandchildren, Rachael Spinney and Cameron Spinney; his siblings, Marion Spinney, Joanne Hertello, Judith McGovern (James Mitchell), Joseph Spinney, James Spinney (Janice), Thomas Spinney (Sandra), Robert Spinney (Stephanie), Patricia Dame and Karen Spinney; his brother-in-law James Conlon (Carol); his uncle Hugh Foley; and his aunt Grace Cronin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
