He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Peggy Gallagher; his children, Kelly A. Gallagher and John B. Gallagher (Cheryle Gallagher); his grandchildren, Hannah Merchant (Daniel Reed), Wesley Gallagher, Shane Gallagher and Marissa Gallagher; his parents, John Gallagher and Claire Gallagher; and his sisters, Jeanne, Claire and Donna Tarrant (Eddie).
