He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Jordan and Elnora Jordan (Hersom); and his brothers, Ronnie, Robert, Jon and Peter.

He is survived by: his close friend Margie Zucker (Horne); his son Jon S. Bass (Avery); his grandson Elliott W. Bass; and his siblings, Barry Jordan of Scituate, David, Debbie Jordan of Florida and Leo Martin of Plymouth. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
