Coakley (Samantha Colon) of New Bedford, Randy Coakley of Marshfield, Crystal Hernandez of New Bedford, Carlos Cruz of Plymouth, Destiny Hernandez of Attleboro and Nervana Hernandez of Allentown, PA.; her grandchildren, Samya Coakley, Andy Coakley III, Julius Jonassaint Jr., Gabriella Jonassaint and Anthony Lopez; her siblings, Eddie Hernandez, Saul Hernandez Jr. and William Hernandez; and her mother Lydia Hernandez (Ruiz). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
