He is survived by: his wife Eileen A. Hill (Moors); his children, James W. Hill, Jr. (Jennifer), Brian J. Hill (Kelly), Laurie M. Champy (David) and Christine A. Hill; and his brother John E. Hill, Sr.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
