He is survived by: his wife Janet Carvalho (O'Connor); his children, Kristin Davis of Rockland, Janet Johnson (Michael) of Abington, Andrea Walker (Mark) of Whitman, Susan Parastatides (Jimmylee) of Rockland and James Carvalho (Bianca); his grandchildren, Marissa, Michael, James, Jackson, Olivia, Calleigh, Nathan and Beckham; and his brothers, John and Jeffrey Carvalho. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
