He was predeceased by: his wife Olive L. LaChimia (Wood). He is survived by: his children, Frank LaChimia Jr. (Roberta) of Plymouth, Denise Alexander of Marshfield, Pamela (Stephen Fletcher) of Plymouth, Stacey Curtis and Hampton; his grandchildren, Eddy, Dawn, Kimberly, Angela, Kerri, Brian, Hannah, Maggie, Frank, Andrew and Michael; and his pet Bandit.
