He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard of North Adams, MA and Hazel of Taunton, MA; and his siblings, Howard, Curtiss, Robert and Bruce.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Worthington (Cooper); his children, Brad Worthington (Brad) of Stamford, CT, Judi Marchand (Paul) of La Quinta, CA and Jan Martin (Terry) of Marshfield, MA.; and his grandchildren, Morgan, MacKenzie, Mason, Sydney, Grant, Jarred and Mitchell.
