He is survived by: his children, Joseph Perkins (Jennifer) of Kingston, Michael Perkins (Kathy) of Goodyear, AZ, Susan Wright (Bruce) of Northfield, VT and David Perkins (Lisa) of Norwood; his grandchildren, Jeffrey, James Perkins, Phillip Perkins, Kyla, Eric, Abigail, Justin Wright and Alex Perkins; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Charlie, Emmy, Hunter and Kallen; and his brother Sonny "Jay" Perkins.
