He was predeceased by: his wife Janet T. Colwell-Popp; his sister Carol Frost-Marenghi; and his wife Elizabeth (Bouchard). He is survived by: his sons, Charles J. Popp III (Karen) of Brighton, Stephen J. Popp (late Pamela) of Newcastle, Kenneth J. Popp (Barbara) of Natick, David M. Popp (Laura) of Natick and John F. Popp (Cynthia) of Natick; his grandchildren, Charles, Nicole, Jerome, Christopher, Nicholas, Justin, Samantha, David, Christian, Alexander and Anthony; and his sister Lorraine Fallon. He is also survived by his five sons and their wives, eleven grandchildren, many loving nieces and nephews.
