She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fullerton Leach (Barbara Adelaide Leach) and Elizabeth. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Francis Welch Jr.; her children, Katherine Welch, Michael Welch and Mary Tuck Welch; her children-in-law, JT Straub and Sarah Welch; and her grandchildren, Adelaide Straub, Matthew Straub, Connor Straub, Samuel Sargent Welch and Miles Welch.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the North Community Church to enhance and maintain the memorial garden.
