He is survived by: his spouse Caroline Hobbs (Anderson) of Marshfield Hills; his parent Helen M. Hobbs of Marshfield; his sibling Rep; his nephew Dean Atkins (Meredith); and his niece Casey Atkins (Alex Brown).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the North and South Rivers Watershed Assoc., PO Box 43, Norwell, MA 02061, an organization that protects the waters that Dean so loved and has fished since he was 6 years old.
