He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Waugh and Marguerite Waugh (Wood). He is survived by: his children, Dawn Holland (Steven) of Barre, MA and Brandon Waugh (Shannon) of Framingham; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Sophia, Brock and Colton; and his siblings, Robert Waugh of Framingham, Cheryl Degnan of Framingham and Lynn Waugh of Framingham.
