He is survived by: his wife Denise Boutot-Bill; his daughters, Nicole and Alyssa Bill; his brothers, John Bill (Donna) of Worcester, MA and David Bill of Rutland, MA; and his stepmother Mary Bill of Clinton, MA.. He is also survived by in-laws, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
