He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard C. Hathaway and Edith Hathaway (O'Dowd); and his brother Howard Hathaway. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Hathaway (Mikula); his children, Sharon Harris (Brian) of Hopkinton and Bob Hathaway (Laura) of Norton; his grandchildren, Reid, Hayley, Emily and Jessica; his sister Joan Buchan (Buck) of Ashland; and his sister-in-law Janice Hathaway of Holliston. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
