He was predeceased by: his father William "Bill" R. Short. He is survived by: his mother Linda Short (Currier); his wife Heather L. Short (Bickford); his sons, Adam and Kevin Short; his siblings, Gregory Short (Tammy) and Caitlin Hynes; his parents-in-law, Stephen and Joanne Bickford; his siblings-in-law, Jennifer Sylvester of Seattle and James Bickford (Geneva); his nephews, Alec Wade, Jason Short (Nicolette Carter), Robert Short, William Hynes, Aaron Landry, David, Aiden Bickford and Zoë; and his niece Chase Sylvester.
