We bid farewell to Michael T. O'Neill (Marlborough, Massachusetts), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 2, 2025 at the age of 75. Michael touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his sister Maureen; and his parents, William O'Neill and Mary O'Neill. He is survived by: his wife Ginny (Ginny); his children, Erin (Jon), Julie (Tom), Heather and Michael (Ariana); his grandchildren, Emma, Maddie, Caroline, William, Aviendha, Aoife, Oona and Rhys; and his sister Patricia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Short & Rowe Funeral Home (95 W Main St, Marlborough, MA 01752). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Parish (11 Prospect St, Marlborough, MA 01752).
