We are sad to announce that on July 5, 2021, at the age of 78, Marie Gelina of Marlborough, Massachusetts, born in Toronto, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmond Kennedy and Mildred Kennedy (Bernard); her sons, Mark Gelina and David Gelina; and her fiancé Thomas Kurbs.
She is survived by: her children, Shawn Gelina (Wendy) of Marlborough, Michael Kurbs of Chelmsford and Theresa Shillingford (Clive) of Canada; her brother Dennis Kennedy (Carolyn); and her grandchildren, Shannon, Samantha, Casey, David, Brian, Cassie, Christopher, Ryan and Skylar. She is also survived by 2 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her name to, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, 450 Brookline Ave., Boston, MA 02215.
