She was predeceased by: her husband Roger P. Benesh; and her brother Robert Maurice. She is survived by: her daughters, Beth Ann Benesh (Ronald Wythe) of Watertown, Theresa Benesh (Shawn Renes) of Hudson and Joanne Benesh Campbell (Jason) of Bellingham; her grandsons, Jesse Hikel, Ian Hikel, Anthony Campbell and Tyler Campbell; and her sister Kathleen Martyniak of Raynham. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
