He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert J. Moineau and Delia Moineau (Levelle); his grandson Joshua Strange; and his brother Wilfred Moineau. He is survived by: his wife Claudette J. Moineau (Martin) of Marlborough; his children, Joseph Moineau Jr. of Bolton, MA, Sandra Moineau of Florida and Jane Busby (Pastor Jeff) of Boylston, MA; his grandchildren, Shannon Skinner, Shaun Tarves (Stephanie), Danielle Robichaud and Charles J. Moineau (S. Army); his great grandchildren, Haley, Katelyn and Alex; and his sister Marie Rouse of New York. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
