He was predeceased by: his parents, Marco Velazquez and Mercedes Ramirez. He is survived by: his wife Graciela Ramirez (Guiro); his children, Arturo Ramirez (Barbara) of Putnam, CT, Marco Ramirez of Shrewsbury, Luz Roman (Yeris) of Shrewsbury, Gloria Ramirez of Framingham and Patricia Ramirez (Dumar) of Shrewsbury; his sisters, Manuela of Bogota, Colombia and Clementina of Bogota, Colombia; and his grandchildren, Oscar, Cristian, Rocio, Michelle, Jorge, Ricardo, Juan, Joshua, Johan, Hanna, Nicole and William Roman, Jr.. He is also survived by fifteen great- grandchildren and many nephews, nieces and cousins.
