He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Viggiano and Josephine Viggiano (Verni); and his brother Donald Viggiano. He is survived by: his former wife Mary Lou Karas (Tilki); his sons, David (Nicki Viggiano) and Ronald Viggiano (Lisa Marie Viggiano); his wife Vivian Viggiano (Henderson); his siblings, Sandra White and Albert Viggiano; his stepchildren, Robert Lancaster and Renita Lancaster; his grandchildren, Christopher, Olivia and Christian Viggiano; his stepgrandchildren, Katrina Lancaster, Vinita Lancaster and Janay Johnson; and his stepgreat-granddaughter Ny'Anyi Clarke. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
