He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward S. and Mary C. Chapman (Longfield). He is survived by: his wife Karen Chapman (Moffa); his children, Kara L. Beane (Gary) of Marlborough, Korie L. Crossman (Adam) of Marlborough, Katie M. Milton (Justin) of Marlborough and Jamie S. Chapman (Shawna); his grandchildren, Tyler Chapman, Gavin Beane, Anthony Milton, Isabella Beane, Faith Milton, Julia Chapman, Lexie Milton, Olivia Crossman, Jacob Chapman and Tessa Crossman; his stepgrandchildren, Andrew, Alex, Lorianne, Lucas, Emily and Owen; and his brothers, Edward Chapman and Henry Chapman (Monty) of Framingham. He is also survived by 4 step great grandchildren, several sister/brother in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in his name to The Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, or Dana Farber.
