He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Delvina Gouveia; his parents, Guilherme Govea and Filomena of Melo Machado; his children, Manny, Joe, Glen, Maria, Ursulina and Nelia; and his stepchildren, Linda, Eusa, Rosilene and Eddie. He was also cherished by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
