Flanigan, III of Maynard, Donna M. Flanigan of Harris Township, MI, Erica J. of Garner, NC and Lisa A. Flanigan of Garner, NC; his siblings, James F. Flanigan (Sharon) of Marlborough, Diane M. Stangle of Marlborough, Barbara Bush (Garner) and Sandra E. Salamandra (Bob) of Little Elma, TX; his grandchildren, Giana of Garner, NC, Ciana Flanigan of Garner, NC, Azariah Barrett of Garner, NC and Naziah Carter of Garner, NC; and his mother-in-law Donna Martell of Westborough. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces and cousins.
