Benway-Madden of Marlborough; his brother Thomas Benway (Cindy) of Marlborough; his grandsons, Timothy F. Benway of Marlborough, Jay C. Boutwell of Framingham and Gregory D. Boutwell of Hudson; and his parent Jenny Benway (Niemsyck).
