With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Evelyn M Tanner of Marlborough, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 9, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Symonds and Daisy Symonds (Costellow); her husband Charles F. Tanner; her son John Tanner; her siblings, Dorothy "Jerry" Johnson and Richard Symonds; and her pet Max.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Guglielmello (Wil), Grafton, Steven Tanner, Lisa Tanner of Hudson and James Tanner (Shelley) of Framingham; her granddaughters, Madeline Tanner, Nicole, Alexandra Tanner, Jenna Gould (David) of Auburn and Dayna Casey (Ryan) of West Brookfield; and her great grandchildren, Ryan and Remington.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Short & Rowe Funeral Home (95 W Main St, Marlborough, MA 01752). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
