She is survived by: her children, Kathie Belaska of Lynn, Jack Belaska of Worcester, David Belaska (Pam) of Milbury and Annie Belaska (Andy) of Rico, CO; her granddaughters, Marissa Belaska of Millbury and Jessica van Dam (Erik) of Billerica; and her great grandchild Anya.
