She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter H. Matuza and Marie V. Matuza (Quince); her husband Dail W. Temple; and her siblings, Christopher, Walter Matuza and Anielia Ellers.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Tvrdik (Suzette Spitzer) of Northborough and Emily Brady (Steven) of Marlborough; her grandchildren, Lily, Scott, Christopher and Rayne; her great grandchild Crew; and her siblings, Joanne Conover (Robert) and Frank Matuza. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the Cancer Center at Marlborough Hospital, Marlborough, MA in her honor.
