He is survived by: his wife Carolyn M. Kennedy (White); his children, Michael C. Kennedy (Tiago) of Southborough, David P. Kennedy (Adela) of Northborough and Julie D. Kennedy Doherty of Southborough; and his grandchildren, Gabriella, Tatyana, Christina, Marc, Danielle, Caroline and Michael.
