He was predeceased by: his parents, Hartwell R. Prewitt and Gertrude Prewitt (Lemons). He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his sons, Michael and Kevin Prewitt; his children-in-law, Michelle and Mikayla; and his sister Susan Strike of Indian Hill. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
