He was predeceased by: his parents, Newton Fraser and Jane E. Fraser. He is survived by: his wife Madeline; his children, Garth (Rhonda), Paris (Kathleen Webber) and Natalie; his grandchildren, Paris, Olivia, Gavin and Hunter; his great grandchildren, Morgan and Wiley; and his friend Frank Lupafya (Tendai). He is also survived by his loving family, friends.
