He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Coykendall and Dorothy Coykendall (Barlow); and his sister Nancy Goddard. He is survived by: his wife Judith Coykendall (Replogle); his children, Joshua Coykendall (Camille) of Wesley Chapel, FL and Kristin Gilzean (Jonathan) of Winthrop, MA; his grandchildren, Jonathan Numrungroad, Grace Coykendall, Evan and Zoe Gilzean; his brother Frederick Coykendall (Maureen); his nephew Sean Goddard; his sister Carol Reed; and his sister-in-law Eliza Gifford.
