She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles N. Semple and Gwendolyn D. Semple (Bowles); her son Jonathan Peter D'Michael Gregory; and her sisters, Cindi Veverka, Kimberly Tribou (Timothy Semple) and Tracy Semple.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Semple-Carlson of Minnesota and Nicole Miceli (Philip Miceli) of Wareham; her granddaughters, Danielle, Destiny, Sasha, Chloe, Hailie, Gwendolyn, Giselle and Kailie; her great grandchild Remmy; her siblings, Cheryl Fisher, Charles Semple, Nancy Burke, Patti McElroy, Kathi Semple, Kelli Semple, Kevin Semple and Kerry Semple; and her friend Joel Waters. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer's research.
