We are sad to announce that on January 21, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Demosthenes Dasco of Marion, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Demetrios Daskopoulos and Irene Daskopoulos; his wife Marion; his children, Irene (Lawrence Madden) of Longmeadow, Demetrios (Sarah) of Hingham, Joseph (Meghan) of Monson and Alexander (Teresa) of Hingham; his grandfather Papou; his grandchildren, Zoe, Gabrielle Madden, Callum, George Dasco, Dylan, Christine, Andrew Dasco, William, Cassandra, Kevin, Alison and Thomas Dasco; his siblings, Celia and Antonis (Lena); his godfather Nouno; and also Artemis (Michael Davey) of Venice. He was also cherished by his children and grandchildren.
A lying-in-state for friends to pay their respects will be held from 10:30am to 11:30am with strict protocols that must be followed including wearing of masks and social distancing.
The family kindly asks that donations in Demosthenes' memory be made to the Greek Orthodox Church of St. Luke, 400 Prospect St. East Longmeadow, or the charity of your choice.
