With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Hansen Whear (Marblehead, Massachusetts), who passed away on January 17, 2025 at the age of 70. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert Hansen Whear to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roberta and Roger; and his sister Diana Staples. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Whear; his daughters, Marissa (Chuck Deschenes) and Becky (Tony Freddo); his grandchildren, Troy, Dylan, Lilliana and Antonio; and his siblings, Debbie, Buddy Fox, Bruce, Heidi Whear, Gary and Linnea Whear. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and a multitude of dear friends.
In lieu of flowers we are asking for donations to be made in Bobby's name to Hearty Roots, a nonprofit, outdoor-based youth development program guiding people off the grid and into their hearts.
