He is survived by: his wife Laura Freysinger; his children, Gavin Dowley, Raissa Mulombe of Boston, MA and Laetitia Mvuezolo (Lolo Bokanga); his granddaughters, Joanna and Julia of Atlanta, GA; his siblings, Jennifer Dowley of Millerton, NY, Gillian Dowley McNamee of Chicago, IL and Craig (Mary) Dowley (Ireland); and his nieces and nephews, Addison, Marion of Millerton, NY, Malcolm of Boston, MA, Luke of Santa Monica, CA, Nico, James of Chicago, IL and Turlough.
