He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil V. Guy and Annie F. Guy (Toohey); and his siblings, Roy Guy, Margaret Fraser and Sylvia Murphy.
He is survived by: his wife Jane H. Guy (Hamilburg); his daughters, Annie Guy of Weymouth, Victoria Guy of Narragansett, RI, Dana Guy of Mansfield and Jessie Guy of Mansfield; his grandchild Talon Guy; and his siblings, William Guy of England, Brian Guy (Audrey) of England, Sheila Parkinson (Bill) of Las Vegas and Brenda Foster of Las Vegas.
